Year 3. Angles, facts and opinions.
The emergency services visit Year 3 and Year 4
The children had prepared questions to ask the firemen, police and paramedics. 
On Tuesday 22nd September, Year One went to St Cadoc’s to witness a ‘real’ christening.
Father Ben gave the children a warm welcome and then took them through the steps involved in a Christening or a baptism.
We all had a lovely time and learnt lots!
Dinosaurs
We have been having a great time learning about Dinosaurs and how they lived along time ago. Have a look and see what we have been up to in our first few weeks of school.
We read ‘Ten Terrible Dinosaurs’ and went on a dinosaur hunt. We had so much fun roaring, rolling, climbing and jumping like dinosaurs.
We measured the size of dinosaur footprints.
We explored what kind of environments dinosaurs lived in long ago. 
Year 5 Trip
Year 5 ready for their camping adventure!
Caerphilly Mountain View Ranch
Year 5 enjoyed their ‘Summer Camp’ trip to Mountain View Ranch! We learnt how to light fires and build dens that provide warmth and protect from wind and rain. 
A busy first week in J1.
First week in Reception
We would like to say well done to all the Reception children on a successful first week in Cadoxton. The children had great fun exploring all the new areas and meeting all the staff. Thank you to all the parents for coming to the welcome meetings.
Back to School
Cadoxton children start school on Wednesday 3rd September. We look forward to seeing you all on wednesday.
